Marketing Performance Analysis

Challenge: Develop a benchmark and process for understanding how YouTube Original content performs on the platform.

Role/Results: I helped identify key metrics and generated performance reports that were used by leadership and team members. These reports provided context for show performance. The insights helped unlock additional marketing budget and increasing the viewership and performance of shows, including tentpole shows such as Cobra Kai, Liza On Demand, BTS: Burn the Stage and more.
